Shipping Information

Fox & Fancy now ships worldwide, and we’re pleased to offer flat rate shipping on (almost) all retail orders! Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you enter your shipping information.

All stationery orders ship within 2-3 business days from our studio in Vancouver, BC.

We ship using Canada Post, and typical shipping times are as follows:
• Within Canada: 1-2 Weeks
• To the USA: 2-3 Weeks
• Worldwide: Up to 10 Weeks

Standard shipping doesn’t include a tracking number or a guaranteed delivery date. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us for expedited shipping options, prior to placing your order.

Return Policy

All orders are final sale, but we want you to love your Fox & Fancy stationery as much as we do! If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to fix the problem.

Important notes:

  • Unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns on custom items, special orders, and sale items.
  • Monitors, tablets and smart phones can sometimes display colours differently. If you’re unsure about something, please ask before placing your order.

Lost Orders

On rare occasions, your order may not turn up. Without tracked and insured shipping, there’s not much we can do – however, if your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know and we will either ship a replacement or refund your order.

Orders from our studio will be considered “lost”:

  • Within Canada: 4 weeks after the ship date
  • To the USA: 6 weeks after the ship date
  • Worldwide: 12 weeks after the ship date

To notify us of any order issues, please use our contact form, and include a detailed description of the problem, along with your order number, full name, and anything else we might need to help address the issue. We will do our best to get back to you within 2 business days.
